I was excited to be among the first ever class in the world to graduate with an MSc in Digital Currency at UNIC, a forward-thinking university. The Master’s had an enormous impact on my transitioning into bioinformatics and personalised medicine, ultimately preparing me to join Blockchain Health, Co. in San Francisco as Chief Medical Officer.

The quantitative knowledge and skills I gained at UNIC became the very solid foundation on which my subsequent career was built. In addition to gaining advanced skills in mathematics, electronics, and computer programming, I appreciate having explored numerous other courses in the humanities and social sciences. I am truly grateful for being a member of the UNIC family, and for the crucial role that it played in helping to shape my future.

As I progressed through the programme I knew that I had found my passion. It was the first time which I truly enjoyed learning and I found myself thriving academically. Not only were these courses stimulating and insightful, but they also gave me the opportunity to interact with my peers from across the globe. Simply hearing and discussing the different perspectives of others further highlighted just how impactful digital currencies could be for the future of finance.
