3D printed fabQueens now occupy a place in the collection of student digital fabrication projects at ARC University of Nicosia! During the ARCH/INT-261 Digital Thinking II course, architecture and interior design students were introduced to advanced 3D-modeling and additive manufacturing techniques. As part of their final project, they had the chance to design and make their own interpretation of a Chess Queen. Part of the process involved Rhinoceros 3D and Panelling Tools. Enjoy the Results!
