Shaping Common Paths project (2017 – 2018) was implemented by Evi Tselika and Niki Sioki with the support of a research and development grant by the European Culture Foundation. The project’s main objective was to enable moving communities to shift the negative attitudes the media have built around them by connecting migrant communities to local communities through creative artistic practices. It focused on initiating Waves, a cultural multilingual journal that was totally co-created and co-produced by non-European community groups of migrants who moved to Cyprus.
