The Environmental Health Research Centre of the University of Nicosia is excited to announce the Call for Abstracts for the upcoming ‘MICxUS 2025 - Symposium on Microbially Influenced Corrosion (MIC) in Industrial and Utility Systems’ to be held from January 21-23, 2025, in Cyprus.
The first Breath IN Symposium, which took place between 15 and 16 May 2024 at the University of Nicosia, brought together experts, researchers, and practitioners from across Europe to discuss the latest advancements and challenges in indoor air quality and its impact on human health and well-being.

The Caves of Kyrenia Mountains: Research, Conservation and Education Project took place from 2017 to 2019. The overall objective was to study and raise awareness about caves in the Pentadaktylos/Kyrenia Mountains and promote their protection as landscape features of potential Natura 2000 sites.
