Ms Froso Costa

Mrs Froso Costa Ioannou is a lecturer of Life and Health Sciences department at the University of Nicosia. She studied at the Aristotelio University of Thessaloniki (BSc – Physical Education and Sports – 1999, MSc – Exercise and Health – 2003). Mrs Costa is also the Head Trainer of Les Mills Cyprus Body Attach since 2010.

Mrs Costa is a lecturer with strong organizational and management skills, and has the inborn ability to manage students for coaching purposes. She has over 15 years of experience as a health and wellness professional with an emphasis on fitness. Over the years she has served as physical educator in various schools and as a manager into a number of health centers.
