Dr Paraskevi Dekoulou

Paraskevi (Evi) Dekoulou is currently employed by the Training and Development Unit at the University of Nicosia, and teaches at the University’s Business School modules such as “Creativity and Innovation”, “Global Marketing” and “Social Entrepreneurship”. Moreover, she works as a part-time lecturer in marketing, media management and cultural economics at the Cyprus University of Technology and the Hellenic Open University. She holds a PhD Degree in Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki [GR]. She received an MSc in Media Management, a Master in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Journalism and Mass Media Communication. Her research work has been presented in international conferences and published in international academic journals such as The International Journal on Media Management, the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, the International Journal of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector and the World Review of Entrepreneurship, Management and Sustainable Development.
