Dr Marlen Demetriou

Marlen Demetriou is an Associate Professor in the School of Management at the University of Nicosia. She holds a Doctorate Diploma on Societal Marketing, a Master’s degree in Marketing and a BSC. in Business Administration. Her research Interests are on Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Cause Related Marketing. She published several articles on CSR and Cause Related Marketing in International peer reviewed and refereed Journals and presented her research at several International Conferences. She is a Board Member at the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society. In 2006 she initiated a Social Partnership between the University of Nicosia and the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society to financially support the Society in a continues and well-coordinated effort with the active participation of students, faculty and staff of the University.
