The Erasmus Office of the University of Nicosia is organising the 4th Erasmus+ International Staff Week which will give participants the unique opportunity to experience Cypriot culture and heritage; to enhance their network; to share ideas; as well as to exchange technical know-how and best practices in an international and intercultural environment.
The 5-day programme includes roundtable discussions, presentations, problem-solving cases and social events. The main objectives of the programme include peer-learning, networking, transfer of knowledge and sharing of experiences and best practices among colleagues from partner and non-partner institutions. Participants are expected to bring into discussion examples from their own institutions and present best practices or innovative approaches to the issues addressed.

- Digitalization of Erasmus+
- Adjusting to Culture Shock
In the context of cultural activities, the participants will have the opportunity to experience a guided tour of the divided city of Nicosia, field trip to Lefkara traditional village, possible tour to Limassol and a night out at a traditional Cypriot tavern.
The 4th Erasmus+ International Staff Week is open to staff from European and international Higher Education Institutions that have already secured their participation.
