Dr Melita Charitou

Dr Melita Stephanou Charitou is an Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting. She holds a BSc degree in Accounting, MSc in Finance and PhD in Finance and Accounting. Her research interests are financial analysis, capital market, international financial management and credit analysis. She has published in several international refereed journals, among those, Accounting and Finance, International Journal of Business and Social Research (best paper award), Investment Management and Financial Innovations, Journal of Business and Economic Research, Journal of Economics and International Finances. She has taught in both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) programmes. Teaching interests include Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting.
