Tutorial 3: Bûche de Noël
Cooking can be time consuming and frustrating sometimes, especially if you are a busy person. However, that’s not the case, if guidance in creative shots is on offer! In order to get into the festive spirit and students fonder of cooking, UNIC’s Department of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Culinary Arts Intercollege, is organising a series of Cooking Snaps.
In this video broadcasted on Tuesday, 22 December at 18:00, lecturer George A. Georgiou will share some festive ideas about Bûche de Noël!
Buche de Noel is the French name for a Christmas cake shaped like a log. Traditionally, Buche de Noel is decorated with confectioners’ sugar to resemble snow on a Yule log.
