This time, the successful “Cooking Snaps” series which is organised by the Departments of Student Affairs in cooperation with the Culinary Arts Department-Intercollege, takes us on a culinary journey from Lima to Tokyo.  In this 7th online tutorial broadcasted on March 19 at 18:00, Andreas Paschali, Culinary Arts Lecturer, will share a recipe from Nikkei Cuisine.

Nikkei is the term used for the combination of Japanese-Peruvian fusion food which is starting to sweep the globe! Japanese dishes are combined with the flavors and cooking techniques of the indigenous Peruvians to a remarkable effect.
