The Department of Accounting, Economics and Finance in cooperation with the Career Success Centre, are organising a career day dedicated on “Baker Tilly” for students and graduates to get informed about employment opportunities and skills required by Baker Tilly South East Europe.

Join Baker Tilly in a session with their HR department, to get an opportunity to learn about employee experience at their firm, their graduate and internship opportunities as well as to get some tips on CV writing and how to make a good impression at a job interview!

About Niki Kyprianou

Niki Kyprianou holds the position of HR Senior at Baker Tilly Cyprus. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Crete and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Mediterranean Institute of Management.

Niki is in the HR profession for more than five years. She has been with Baker Tilly since May 2018 and has been involved in all HR practices and procedures of the firm, from the design to the implementation stage. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR department and new projects. She is also involved in consulting talent acquisition services.

Prior joining Baker Tilly, Niki was in EY Cyprus as an HR Associate for 2 years.

She has experience in the areas of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, upward feedback, data analytics, and managing employee relations.
