The Department of Accounting and the Career Success Centre are organising a career day dedicated on “EY Cyprus” for students and graduates to get informed about employment opportunities and skills required by EY Cyprus.

This presentation will give you an overview of EY as an organization, the areas we operate and the career opportunities we offer to both students and graduates.

Nicolas Pavlou, Partner, Head of Forensics & Integrity, EY Cyprus

Nicolas Pavlou graduated from Lancaster University in the UK with a BA in Accounting and Finance and joined the Assurance and Advisory practice of Ernst & Young Cyprus in 2003 with a focus on Banking and Financial Services. He specialises in the provision of external audit services for financial institutions, outsourced internal audit services as well as targeted forensics and integrity assignments. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales since 2006, a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO37001 “Anti-bribery and Corruption” and is also a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), participating in the Institute’s Economic Crime and Forensic Accounting Committee having also served in the Financial Services Committee and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and Cyprus Stock Exchange Committee. He has worked with numerous Cypriot and International clients including Bank of Cyprus, Societe Generale, Credit Libanais, Lidl and McDonalds. In his free time, he enjoys PC and console gaming, reading and writing books as well as Cyprus Hip Hop music.
