The UNIC Sports Office in collaboration with the Yoga instructor Demetris Papapetrou invites you to join the virtual yoga classes via Zoom. The sessions will take place every Tuesday (10 November – 15 December) at 18:00 and every Thursday (12 November – 17 December) at 17:30.

Yoga can help you add strength, flexibility, balance, and physical activity to your life.  It can also help you with sleep and managing stress to boost your physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga can benefit people of all ages and fitness levels, from children to adults to seniors.
