She has held a variety of leadership, consultancy, and training roles in Cyprus, Greece, and the UK. Her extensive industry experiences spans sectors such as auditing and consulting, FMCG, healthcare, technology, education, and academia. Kiki has worked with major global organizations including BAT, TSYS, Amdocs, and PwC. Currently, she serves as HR Manager, researcher, content developer, and trainer at CARDET, contributing to numerous European projects focused on Human Resource Management.

Dr. Vicky Charalambous is a learning designer and HR expert with over 25 years of experience in training, capacity building, and project management. She holds a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology and focuses on integrating Positive Psychology and evidence-based frameworks to improve workplace well-being and performance. As the Managing Director of the Institute of Development and Director of People, Culture & Happiness at CARDET group, she leads initiatives that support personal and professional development. With past roles at SHL Hellas, British American Tobacco, and C.A. Papaellinas, Vicky is committed to creating environments that foster leadership and empower individuals. She also serves as a Board Member of the Cyprus Human Resources Management Association and is an active member of the Hellenic Association of Positive Psychology.
