Online Webinar | CSC Company Career Days “Baker Tilly”

The Career Success Centre is organising a series of online webinars with guest speakers on how students can increase their employment opportunities and skills needed in the job market.

In this presentation students will have the opportunity to meet members of our HR department and get an insight to Baker Tilly South East Europe. We will provide information on our graduate opportunities, internships, and employee experience in our firm. Moreover, we will explain the steps of our recruitment process and provide guidance on how to submit an application.

Markella Antonopoulou,
Regional Head of HR, Baker Tilly South East Europe

Markella has over 10 years of experience in both internal HR and HR consulting roles. She joined Baker Tilly in August 2019, as Regional Head of Human Resources. Prior joining Baker Tilly, Markella was employed by Ancoria Bank as Head of HR, for four and a half years. Her first postgraduate job was at Deloitte Cyprus as Senior Advisor in the Human Capital Services Department. She worked there for more than four and a half years, obtaining experience in the provision of advisory services for the design and implementation of various HR tools, practices and procedures.

Markella holds a BA (Hons) in European Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Manchester, an MSc in International Employment Relations & Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, and an MBA from the University of Cyprus.

She is member of professional and non-profit organizations such as the Cyprus and Greece HR Associations, AIPFE Cyprus, JCI Nicosia, and the Industrial Disputes Tribunal.
