Stress Management Group for students
KESY in cooperation with the Student Success Centre and the Department of Student Affairs is organising a series of group sessions for English-speaking students on Stress management. Through the sessions, the participants will focus on acquiring and practicing a variety of cognitive and behavioural techniques with the goal of managing and coping with stress.
The “Stress Management Group’’ sessions will be conducted every Thursday from 16:00 – 17:30 starting on 11 May and ending on 13 July (10 sessions) at KESY Conference Room (Ground floor) and they will be free of charge. The maximum number of participants is 10-12. Registrations will remain open until 05 May or until capacity is reached.
Please note that interested participants:
- Should be above 18
- Should have adequate knowledge of the English language (sessions will be held in English)
- Will be invited for screening interviews before their participation is confirmed
- Will be provided a handout including the agenda
- Will complete consent forms before the first session.
The group will be led by KESY’S trainees (Clinical and Counselling psychology trainees), supervised by Dr. Xenia Georgiadou.
