Nature Adventures for Students and Alumni – Hiking: Old Lagoudera Village Bridge - Xyliatos Water Dam
In these “Nature Adventures”, Cyprus Hikers and the Department of Student Affairs will attempt to explore the trail in old Lagoudera Village Bridge and towards the Xyliatos Water Dam. Once we reach the dam, we will be hiking by the water in a clockwise direction around it in a beautiful, forested area. Upon reaching the barrier of the water dam, we will have a beautiful view of one of the most picturesque water dams on the island! We will then go down the stairs to admire the spectacular waterfall formed by the overflowing water as it falls on the rocks placed on purpose by the picnic site. On our return, we will continue to hike clockwise around the dam and back to the starting point at old Lagoudera Village Bridge.
