Collective Intelligence is examined as a systemic dimension that can provide organisations addressing a crisis, with an assessment of their maturity levels. Indicators and factors, which are of critical importance for the evolution and maturation of Collective Intelligence in teams and Collective Performance in relation to the management of crises, are investigated and a new model for maturity assessment – the Collective Intelligence Maturity Assessment (CIMA) Model, is proposed.
The online seminar is free and open to all, but it is aimed primarily at graduate students and professionals in the field.
