Getting Here

The following Transportation From/To Larnaca Airport & From/To Conference Venue are offered AT NO EXTRA CHARGE to participants when they book any of the hotels included in the Conference Online Registration Form (click here):

  1. Meet and Assist at Larnaca Airport upon arrival
  2. Airport Transfers (Two-Way):
    • Transfer Larnaca Airport – Hotel (24h service)
    • Transfer Hotel – Larnaca Airport (24h service)
  3. Venue Transfers:
    • Transfer Hotel – University of Nicosia for 3 days (8-10/6/22) in the morning, at fixed times. Kindly note that this does not apply for the Pre-Conference day (9/6/20).
    • Transfer University of Nicosia – Hotel for 3 days (8-10/6/22) in the afternoon, at fixed times.
  4. Emergency 24h number

To order your transfers: Please fill-in the flight details section and book your transfer on the online platform as described so that the transfer can be arranged for you beforehand.

Upon Arrival: Our driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall at Larnaca Airport with a sign saying ISSL 2022.

For Departure: On the second day of the Meeting we’ll put up on a board at the Venue, the pick-up times for your departure transfer from your hotel to airport.

Important: The airport in Cyprus you will need to fly to and from, is Larnaca International Airport.
