Scholarships for First-Year Business Students
The University of Nicosia (UNIC) would like to announce the establishment of two Meridian Gaming Scholarships, each valued at €1,000, for new students of the School of Business. Meridian Gaming is committed to supporting education and providing financial support, internships and job opportunities, for students’ professional development.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Meridian Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be new students registered for the Fall 2023 semester in the School of Business.
- Financial Need: These scholarships are intended to support students who demonstrate financial need. Applicants will be required to submit documentation supporting their financial status.
- Community Service: Applicants should have a strong record of community service. Evidence of participation in community service activities will be required.
- While the primary criteria are financial need and community service, academic achievement will also be considered.
- The scholarship only applies to first-year Business students of a bachelor on-campus degree.
Application Deadline

Scholarship awardees will be notified by 22 September 2023
