PANAGIOTOU, D. With this application, the respondent requests an extension of time to file the outline of their speech. The subject of the appeal is the appellant’s challenge to the correctness of an interim decision of the first-instance Court dated 21.12.2017, which issued a preservative order prohibiting the appellant from initiating and continuing arbitration proceedings based on an arbitration agreement contained in a contract between the parties.
