Mr Agamemnonas Zachariades

Mr Agamemnonas Zachariades is an adjunct faculty member in the Social Work Programme at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus.  He holds Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nicosia. Currently he is a PhD candidate at the Department of Social Science at the University of Nicosia. He has extensive research as well as professional experience in the areas of social policy, migration, social cohesion of socially excluded groups, social welfare and management. His research interests lie in the provision of social services, in social policy planning and social work education. In this respect he has participated in various research projects at a local and European level. Currently he is involved in projects related to migration, education, social Inclusion and social orientation. He has also published journal papers and a book chapter in the above subjects.
