The Career Success Centre is organising a series of online webinars with guest speakers on how students can increase their employment opportunities and skills needed in the job market.
The talk will introduce students to Emotional Intelligence and focus on its importance in the workplace and their future work success. Students can expect to take-away a clear understanding of what EQ skills employers are looking for, why they matter, and how they can get started on developing and enhancing their own Emotional Intelligence right away.

As a Certified EQ Consultant, EQ Practitioner and Licensed EQ Assessor, with hands-on experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Nasreen has worked hand-in-hand with entry-to-executive level employees and multinational employers on EQ projects as part of their interviewing, hiring and selection process, their employee, team, and leadership development programs, as well as their career progression, promotion and succession planning.
