The Careers Success Centre of the University of Nicosia is excited to announce the launch of “Recruiter 4.0”, a winter online bootcamp dedicated on recruitment, in partnership with Grecruitment.

Recruiter 4.0

The Recruiter 4.0 needs a new toolbox of techniques in order to attract, select, motivate talented candidates. This transformation process of Recruiters into their new role is challenging. How to deal with Employer Branding, Gamification, Social Sourcing, Virtual Recruiting, HR Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Candidate Attraction? This course will provide you with an overview of the key Recruitment practices in 2020 which contribute to the Organizational success and help you to both develop your technical expertise and knowledge and apply this in practical exercises to gain hands-on skill development.

This programme is designed for 3rd and 4th-year students in the areas of Business and HR, for working professionals interested and/or involved in recruitment as well as for professionals in relevant industries.

Learning experience

The programme will combine online live sessions with hands-on exercises through break-out groups. We focus on exercises, teamwork and interaction. There will be one final assignment to complete after the programme. We will grant an e-certificate to those who will successfully complete the programme.

Fees Structure

The fee for the programme is EUR 200.

We offer a 25% subsidy for UNIC alumni (total payable fee EUR 150) and 50% for all students currently attending a university (total payable fee EUR 100).
