The Department of Management is hosting the event: “To Waterfall or to Agile – Unraveling the Shakespearean Dilemma of Project Management”, on Tuesday, 19 June 2024 between 18:30 – 20:30 at the UNESCO Amphitheatre, University of Nicosia. The event is organised by the Project Management Institute Cyprus.
This session aims to engage attendees through discussions and case study reviews, offering valuable insights into the strengths, weaknesses, and real-world applications of both approaches. Participants will examine the differences between Waterfall (Predictive) and Agile (Adaptive) project management in terms of developing project deliverables. The goal is to understand how each approach, or a combination of them, supports project managers and their teams in meeting project objectives, managing the project’s constraints, and ultimately delivering successful outcomes. The presentation includes case studies and audience participation, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience for all.
