Conventional/Face-to-Face Programmes/Courses
Important Announcement

We hope that you are well and keeping safe during these challenging times. We would like to reassure you that the University of Nicosia is making every effort to provide you with a safe and high-quality teaching and learning environment. As always, your health and wellbeing remain our highest priority.
In anticipation of the Fall 2021 final assessment/examinations of the Conventional/Face-to-Face programmes/courses, commencing January 10 2022, please note the following important information.
According to the:
- decision of the 129th Senate meeting, held on the 3rd of January 2022,
- email sent by the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (DIPAE), on the 30th of December 2021, and
- decree of the Minister of Health on the 30th of December 2021,
The final written examinations will be conducted online and will be electronically invigilated with the use of Proctorio or Webex. An extra one (1) hour will be assigned to each examination.
The final Lab/studio/etc. course assessments will also be conducted remotely/online, following the School/Department/Programme guidelines. Few and very exceptional cases of courses that cannot in any way be assessed remotely/online will be considered for face-to-face assessment.
The final examination/assessment schedule as it was published/announced will NOT change.
Relevant training on the use of Proctorio will be offered online as per below:
