BRIEF SUMMARY

This lecture will focus on Dr Pipis’ insight into the care of the elderly and describe some of Dr Pipis’ future research endeavours in dementia.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Dr Pipis is a Clinical Assistant Professor of General Practice and the Physician responsible for Student Health Services at the University of Nicosia Medical School. He has completed his medical degree at the University of Manchester and worked in the UK’s NHS since 2018. He completed his foundation and specialty MRCGP training in the Greater Manchester area. His previous research and quality improvement projects have focused mainly on rheumatoid conditions and the care of the elderly.
