PLU supports the CBA conference on the new CPR
The Procedural Law Unit is pleased to have supported the conference on the New Rules of Civil Procedure by the Cyprus Bar Association. The conference was attended by more than 400 lawyers and aimed to provide valuable insights and training for lawyers as we prepare for the implementation of the new rules.
In addition to our support, our co-director, Dr. Nicolas Kyriakides, led a comprehensive discussion on key topics, including the initiation of proceedings, pre-action protocols, and pleadings.
