Procedural Law Unit 2^nd Annual Symposium – Call for abstracts (European Civil Procedure After Brexit: delays and need to speed-up, technology in justice and ADR)

The Procedural Law Unit at the University of Nicosia is pleased to announce that its 2nd Annual Symposium will take place on the 15th December 2022, 09:00 – 18:00, at the Cine Studio of the University of Nicosia, in memory of Professor Konstantinos Kerameus.

One of the stated objectives of the Symposium is to enable it to function in the long run as an annual forum where research findings, papers, important issues and developments concerning justice in Cyprus, Greece, the EU and internationally will be presented, discussed and analysed. As part of this initiative, the 2022 Symposium aims to continue previous year’s efforts and hopefully attract even greater interest and attention from all stakeholders in Cyprus, Greece and abroad. The directors of the Unit, Assistant Professor of Civil Procedure &ADR, Dr Anna Plevri and Dr Nicolas Kyriakides, Adjunct Lecturer, invite interested researchers to submit abstracts of approximately 500 words by the end of May 2022 at [email protected].
The general theme for this year’s conference is “European Civil Procedure After Brexit: delays and need to speed-up, technology in justice and ADR”.
