Mr Andreas Roushias

Dr Andreas Roushias is a Lecturer of the Physiotherapy Programme at the University of Nicosia. He is the also the Anatomy Lead for the MBBS medical degree programme at St George’s Medical School (Nicosia). He is a qualified orthopaedic surgeon practising in Apollonion General Hospital. In the past he has been practising in the UK (North Manchester General Hospital and Royal Bolton Hospital) from 2005 to 2010, and in Limassol General Hospital (2010-2016).

He has graduated from the university of Manchester medical school in 2005 (MbChB) and completed an MSc programme in “Orthopaedic Science and Rehabilitation” by the university of Nicosia in 2017. He is currently a PHD candidate at the University of Thessaly under Prof Malizos.

He is a member of the board of the Cypriot Orthopaedic Association and has presented in numerous conferences and seminars.
