Scholarships in memory of Professors Theodoros Kouloumbis and Elias Kouskouvelis
The Department of Politics and Governance of the University of Nicosia announces the award of two (2) scholarships (25% each) on the annual tuition fees for the Bachelor Degree in International Relations and European Studies and five (5) scholarships (20% each) on the tuition fees for the Master Degree in International Relations and Eastern Mediterranean Studies for students who will apply for admission for the Fall 2022 Semester.
Application Process:
Submit your scholarship application along with a cover letter (150-200 words) explaining your interest and/or involvement in International Relations and European Studies. Scholarship applications should be submitted to the Department of Admissions of the University of Nicosia (in addition to the submission of the application for admission).
Terms and Conditions:
- Applications must be submitted by 20 September 2022.
- Scholarships are available only to new full-time registered students.
- Scholarships offered for the Master degree in International Relations and Eastern Mediterranean Studies are valid for the duration of studies.
- If awarded a scholarship for the Bachelor Degree in International Relations and European Studies, candidates are required to maintain a GPA of 3.0/4.0 in order for the scholarship to be renewed.
- In case of securing two (2) or more scholarships, the scholarship with the highest tuition fee reduction rate applies.
- Candidates must meet the required admission criteria, as determined by the University of Nicosia, in order to be eligible to claim any scholarship.
- Scholarships apply only for the on ground programmes of study.
