UNIC’s IFF and IPS launch ‘Financial Investigations for Digital Assets’ Diploma Programme for Dubai Police G.H.Q employees
The University of Nicosia's Institute for the Future (IFF) collaborated with the Dubai Police G.H.Q, and particularly the General Department of Criminal Investigation and the General Department of Human Resources, to offer a diploma programme on "Financial Investigations for Digital Assets".
CEPOL Financial Investigation in Virtual Currencies
The CEPOL Training Activity titled “11_2022 Financial investigations in Virtual Currencies” took place from the 26th to the 30th of September at the premises of the University of Nicosia, the first university in Cyprus to have entered into a four-year Framework Partnership Agreement with CEPOL since 2021.
University of Nicosia to design and implement a European-wide training course for CEPOL
The training will guide law enforcement officials, judges and prosecutors of EU member states and other non-EU countries through the basic concepts, techniques and players of money laundering and terrorist financing via cryptocurrencies.
