The University of Nicosia official student residences redefine modern student living. They consist of three separate complexes – SIX, U and TRIANGLE – which are among the most stunning student accommodations ever constructed in Europe.
UNIC Residences provide a multitude of dining, relaxing and entertainment options for residents, including restaurants and cafes, gyms, TV rooms, games areas and more.
Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Engomi, in Nicosia, the residences are surrounded by UNIC’s vibrant, urban campus that, in addition to 20 university buildings, is home to more than 70 restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and bars, all within walking distance.

SIX
SIX Student Residence is a landmark building in Cyprus and the region. Split among 6 distinctive towers, SIX’s 307 luxury student residences rise 12 stories above Nicosia and offer spectacular views of the University of Nicosia campus, Nicosia and the surrounding region.
Other Accommodation
In addition to the UNIC Residences, you can choose from a range of other accommodation options, including renting an affordable private apartment or house in close vicinity to the University. Our Accommodation Office provides useful information regarding lease agreements, furniture rental, and other useful services such as airport pickup and transportation.
Important Note
If you are booking private accommodation, it is important to consider the below:
- Come to Cyprus early and take some time to view different properties to see what is available within your price range
- You should not commit to any private accommodation without seeing it
- Never pay any money to a landlord before you have exchanged contracts
- Do not sign any contract until you are sure that you understand the terms and duration of the contract
- Most landlords require a deposit. This is usually an equivalent amount to around 4-8 weeks rent. The deposit is refundable if you pay all bills and do not damage the property.
