This FALL 2022 Newsletter is packed with useful learning technology information and access is also given to recent TELC-organised training event recordings.
The Featured News’ section presents important news and is strongly recommended reading. Firstly, Turnitin Feedback Studio is now available to all Moodle instructors who use the assignment activity or the Turnitin assignment activity. Feedback Studio empowers instructors with commenting and grading tools that should make the feedback process faster, easier, and more consistent. Secondly, Camtasia screen-capture software is now available for all faculty and for any staff who need to create multimedia content; fill out the Microsoft Forms mentioned in the article to apply for your free licence!
Furthermore, in line with educational trends, and as part of a new initiative, TELC aims to present video games that might be suitable for educational purposes. We believe that some video games have the potential to enhance the learning experience and may lead to higher student success.
TELC offers training and support on the above technologies to faculty and staff.
