Mr Panayiotis Tofi

Panayiotis Tofi is a Trinity Laban graduate, holding a First Class BA in Contemporary Dance and a Diploma in Dance studies. Choreographic works of his have been presented in Cyprus, Greece and the U.K. He has collaborated as a movement director and choreographer for more than 25 theatrical performances during the past five years, working with several directors, amongst which Heinz-Uwe Haus, Demetris Baslam, Panagiotis Larkou, Paris Erotokritou, Melita Couta and Harry Kafkarides, Maria Karolidou and others. He has been awarded as ‘Creator of the Year’ by Cyprus Theatre Organisation in 2018, based on his artistic versatility, imaginativeness and boldness towards experimentation. Based on his choreographic research and movement vocabulary he has led workshops in Nicosia, Stockholm and Naples. He has been a part-time lecturer at the University of Nicosia during the last four years in the field of Contemporary Dance.
