Who are the Mentees?

The mentees normally consist of children from a disadvantaged socio-economic background, often suffering from educational, emotional and behavioural difficulties; as well as children’s whose parents are dealing with economical or/and other social issues.

We believe that personal growth, social inclusion and academic success are achievable goals for these children who for various reasons (usually connected with their social environment) do not reach their full potential. This is something which negatively affects their performance in school and other areas.

The encouragement and support that these children receive can assist them to increase their chances of success in life.
